Ug, I actually don't deserve the good weigh in, after Cate's graduation. Thank goodness I got the hard workout in. And, Hell to the Yes, I will take it!
157.6 lb Lost so far: 84.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
