Katsolo's Journal, 26 May 2020

Whew! Last of the salt goes down the drain. Totally worth it though. That seafood dish was soooo good. The funny thing is that my scale was not talking with the phone this mornings, so even though I know what it said at that one instant in time, the details were almost lost to the wilds of the internet. I just knew I didn't want to reset it.

Swam yesterday, a little sore this morning in the rib area. Will probably only walk tonight to give it a rest. I'm going to see if I can do some bicep curls with lighter weights, it seems to be the pushing up or pulling from up that make it hurt. Another gorgeous day, but work is insane this morning, of course it is. SMH

Cooked on the grill for the week. I think I'm just going to cut each chicken breast in half for portions. They seem to be almost the same size. I don't have any spinach or kale mix on hand which is weird, but since that's the only thing I need, will delay ordering food and improvise. That'll be interesting. Probably green beans and caulirice will be showing up this week. I need to work through the veggies in the freezer anyways. My lemons are doing well this year. Egg for scale.

Alright, back to it! Onward and onward!
