No spinach today. Downside of Instacart. It went bad more quickly than if I had been super picky about the bag myself. Blanched green beans instead with chicken and avocado. Going to try and push groceries out until Thursday. I want fresh stock, not weekend leftovers. Used balsamic, garlic and a bit of oil for dressing. Tasty. Nice surprise with the avocado. Thought it was going to be crappy based on the skin, but it's perfectly fine and ripe. Love that.

Edit for swim info: Swim #22 in the can. much better than yesterday, found my groove again and it was good. Stayed in cardio zone, but heart rate was in the low 130s. Stroke consistent, no hand falling asleep or cramping. I can breathe fully again and push water out of the snorkel. 781 strokes, That's about 90% of normal so very happy to be back. No pain so far tonight. I also got to float for a little bit, that was nice. Did some water exercises after to try and get extra movement in there. Now that we're moving forward again, need to come up with some new goals for the summer. I want to work on my backstroke again, but I don't want to get tossed against the sides of the pool either. Another thing I do want is some 50m pool time to see where my lap time is. Not gonna happen anytime soon, I want things to be safe. I've been talking w/my "coach" friend on this, so will wait for him to tell me when he thinks it's okay to get back in the "other" water. Going to be an interesting summer. No fly yet. Breast stroke is a no right now. Hurts.
