Don't give up. I just came home from a party and ate lots of good appetizers. I have a lunch tomorrow and another dinner tomorrow night. This is the season for packing on the pounds if we aren't careful. I say we need to enjoy it, but eat slowly, add veggies to our plates if possible, and just think as we pick up the food. I have realized intentional slow eating is a really good thing. Hang in there and get some exercise and you will be good to go.
