Note to self: 5 days morning PE sessions with Joe Wicks. (Naughty week this week, with ice cream, chocolates and beer/wine everyday 😉) I loved every minute of it.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 161.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
