Okay its time to get real.... I am fifty years old not an 8 year old... I know what to eat and what to do to get the weight off...I am going to get to 165 lbs this time... I am tired of being a failure.... So everytime I see something bad to et I need to remember how tight my clothes fit when I eat the junk and how bad I feel.....
