I was having a little problem with breakfast because I am on a restricted egg diet and most breakfast foods contain alot of egg but I found some muffin recipes in cooking with coconut flour that look pretty good. Now hopefully I won't skip breakfast as much.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
