Made a plan and stuck to it 100% yesterday! Feels good!

Made a plan for today and stuck to it 100% too! 2 days in a row.

Still feeling bloated/puffy from the crap I ate on Saturday. Better every day though! Good workout today too.

117.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
