I kind of know why the progress is slow this time. I've been eating kinda crappy  I feel like i've been stressed a lot so I've felt like to hell with it, but I need to find a better outlet for my negative energy.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 May 2013:
2147 kcal Fat: 75.21g | Prot: 92.88g | Carb: 285.00g.   Breakfast: Havarti Cheese, Mushrooms, Bacon, Spinach, Egg White, Whole Wheat with Honey Pita Pocket Bread. Lunch: Salami, Spinach, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, Apples, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Dinner: Italian Sausage, Penne, Cooked Soba Japanese Noodles. Snacks/Other: Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Triple Chocolate Brownies, Salami, Strawberries, Salt Free Multigrain Cracker. more...
