Uh 4 days of no progress seems weird. Anyway, hope I meet my goal.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe you are eating to little calories?? I heard that eating to little calories will slow your metabolism down, as your body thinks it is starving, so it holds on to calories and fat. Maybe if you up your calories a little bit you will see results. You seem to be eating very well, just to few calories. Just a suggestion, try not to get discouraged though.
