feeling pretty good. easier to breath getting some of the belly off, however have had some aching in my liver the last 24 hours :( we'll see what happens, may need to call my doctor. hoping it's just the drink i had saturday night (i normally don't drink at all) and had some tylonel too. will stop that.....it concerns me.....
166.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
