This week was particularly challenging because food cravings were enormous. They were prompted by a stressful week and only more work to look forward to when I got home. Not enough sleep also played a huge part, as I know that being tired increases my appetite.
91.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
