I have been unhealthily compensating for pigout days. I must stop it. I don't feel well today, my energy is a little zapped. I plan to workout tonight still but I need an infusion of vitamin water, which I'm working on. -- The Machinist
95.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
