had some issues with quarantine and moving less and having access to more snack than at work. so now I'm back count my calories for a bit to right the ship. all and all cant complain almost a year on this vlchf or keto diet and not really having huge backslides
217.5 lb Lost so far: 80.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
