Getting ready to head out on the 3.5 mile trek to spin class at the gym. And then a 3.5 mile cool down walk back. Then it will be grocery shopping, homework, housework and gardening for the rest of the day. It will be a busy day but good. :)
190.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
