need to be realistic. not losing weight despite increase in exercise.. so it's my food intake. ok. I'll start to do a good diary here.
Sunday May 10th. I can do it. the Corona virus lockdown started March 17th. I started 16:8 intermittent fasting on March 18th. Let's get my food intake sorted now!!!
