Steady as she goes...A real positive event is that for the past few weeks the base has allowed outdoor exercise with the fitness trainer. back to the basics and being in the sun has been a real blessing. we have to maintain the safe distance but it all works out for those of us that are taking advantage of it. this is coupled with getting out and running a few days a week has helped keep me centered. I hope that everyone finds a way to keep on track and stay motivated to meet their goals.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 70.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
