Sorry everybody. Why is it when I have a bad weekend I think I have to turn it into a bad week. So stupid. It is like self sabatoge. Anyway I didn't do good at all this week and it shows. I feel sluggish, I am retaining water from all the salt and I just feel crappy in general. Once again very stupid to know what makes me feel good but I do the exact opposite all week. What was I thinking.
306.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 141.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Hey-It's human nature. Please don't beat up on yourself. The first step is acknowledging what is going on so you can do something different. It sounds like you are ready to get back on track. It's a bit of a bump along the way. You have lost 20 lbs-that is amazing. I hope you feel better soon. Giving you a virtual hug (((DW2BF))))).

That is a minor blip on your chart...so tiny you can hardly see it. Considering all that you hve to do and that you have not been feeling well it seems you are doing better than you think. Maybe you just need to find a little time to rest. You've got sooo much going on. How is the house coming along? Hope you feel better soon.

You know.. we woman, we are much harder on ourselves that anyone else in the world would be... Get up, brush yourself off, and go again! It seems to be my montra for the past 9 years (since my divorce), I seem to be brushing my knees off all of the time! Let's go, let's take a long look at our long term and short term goals and take it one day at a time, not weeks at a time. You've lost 20 lbs in a very short time, we're here for you, reach out and we'll help! Chin up, let's go!
