168.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's conceivably possible to sustain losing weight on a 2000 Calorie diet regardless of the breakdown of macronutrients, at least up until maybe 175 lbs. At which point I'll pay close attention to how you look and what you want to look. At your height I think 160 is a good goal weight. Yay
