...and so it begins... May Day!!! May Day!!! I need assistance, I am a UFO (Unfit Fat Object).
204.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Set a low bar for yourself and then reach it! Next week set the bar a little higher ... in due time you'll get really high ! Keep going you can do it

Hopefully my Airplane themed joke was not taken too seriously. I have been here before. I've been to my ideal weight. I know how to get there but as always, the secret is forming a habit. it takes 3 weeks to form a healthy habit and only 3 days to break it. I was healthy weight with a full cheat day every week. then a few months later (vacay, birthdays, holiday season) it becomes 2,3, 4 cheat days per week. The good habit is broken and the pounds start creeping. Time to behave. wish me luck. I got this, you got this...let's go!!!
