lady days are finally coming to an end. Even though I took a break from exact calorie counting and ate a few comfort foods i still managed to lose more weight. I figure I was retaining water on my last few weigh ins. I'm probably still not going to count the exact calories until tomorrow. I also finally got my gym membership back.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
