just a quick note this am. I am off to bake and I am trying to get the kiddos off to school. Very busy with baking cookies right now. I am trying to get back into my exercise routine. Even if it is not the length that I normally did, I figure at least it is something. I did a quick workout this am and I may jump on the treadmill tonight. for a bit.

Hope you all are doing well. I'll check out some jounals tonight.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Some people tend to get hung up on this concept of time, me included. We tend to think that we have to spend a certain amount of time exercising or not do it at all. I have learned now that thinking like that is kinda self-defeating. I think that no matter how long I walk, or what else I do, at least I am doing something. Keep up the great work.

Every little bit helps!! Try bench-pressing blocks of cookie-dough (mouth CLOSED). Have fun with the baking..
