this week has been amazing so far! the last 7 days however have been a rollercoaster ride...im maintaining my weight and i went back to the doctors today to check back. i got my flu shot today...=[ doctor is proud that ive kept my end of the deal with my weight.i can see such a difference. i feel and look SO much better. i have more energy and my metabolism is way up...yeah...
