Now that's what I'm talking 'bout! Weigh in on Weds and Sunday instead of just Sunday. Limit coffee consumption. No cake, no cookies, no candy, or pie. Minimum 64 oz of water each day. Minimum 1 mile walked at least 3 days a week. Pick up those arm weights 2 nites a week before going to bed.
