low carbs, high protein, no protein bars... I'm eating omelette's for breakfast, but it is too fatty to eat them regularly. I'm switching to eggs whites only omelette's.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
