So, I have been away for a while on purpose. While weight has gone up. It is not entirely accurate! The last time I posted about getting a new scale. Well, I took that one back because it kept saying ERR. Anyways on the new new scale it now says I way 179lbs. I weighed myself on my friends scale, which is the scale I had been using before, a half an hour later and it says I way 176lbs. That is the same as it was over 2 weeks ago when I weighed myself at her house! GRRR...for the new scale. I am going to stick with my scale and the weight it tells me. My plan is to get down to 175 lbs and maintain that weight throughout the holidays. That would put me at exactly halfway to my long-term goal. I know that the holidays are going to be rough as it is with counting calories, and that is a big factor in trying to maintain. Currently, I am not able to sew enough clothes to keep up with the consistent weight loss and I would like to stop making shirts that are to big the next week. I am also just really curious to see how well I can do without counting calories.

So, for now I will keep counting and tracking until I hit 175. Then I will take a break. I may check in from time to time just to see what is new and say hi.

Glad you're still going! Thanks for checking in :). Remember, it's just a number. You look the same, weigh the same and have the same measurements despite any scale discrepancy. Its really only a useful measure if you always use the same scale :). I'm sure you know that, already... Just sayin'. Sounds like a good holiday plan! See you around.
