Here's something I was thinking about today. Food is somewhat of an interesting addiction. For the most part, other addictions can eventually be completely removed by removing the source that you're addicted to. Not so with food - you can never completely remove food from your intake. I'll have to look at removing places to acquire food and / or types of food that I'm taking in. Maybe it is something like allowing a drug addict to take Tylenol, but not other forms of drugs. Interesting thought...
273.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have thought of that before too, I have been changing my diet considerably over the last three years and if you cut out foods like grease, after a while they just don't taste so good, and honestly they make you sick. On the other hand, sugar hasn't been like that for me, but I try to think about what it is doing to my body and keep it in moderation. Interesting thoughts...
