woohoo. is all i can say. 8.6 to go before the 28th. loving Bikram Yoga. starting the running challenge today. Feeling great and alive. Since weekends are always the do end to my diets my mini goal for myself is to have a non drinking weekend. was very proud of myself last night when i opted for green tea instaed of a glass of wine. i have 3 pairs of pants that i want to feel sassy in when i go to Vegas and not like a troll.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
