Walking again - not far but I can get about 100 feet on the cane and each day is a bit better. I will start using the recumbant bike next week and start slowly.

254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.5 lb a week
