Did Bicep and back workout yesterday. Mostly back but did some bicep curls and hammer curls with the 10lb band for 5mins (crazy tough)

Today was triceps- close grip bench, rope pressdowns, bar pressdowns and overhead tricep extensions. Feeling pretty good about myself.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
