started a new program that alternates higer carb w/ lower carb foods- also use a Burn drink that curbs my appitite- so far started 5 days ago and lost 54 lbs- I am really motivated this time as summer cloths coming out of the closet
141.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
