started a new program that alternates higer carb w/ lower carb foods- also use a Burn drink that curbs my appitite- so far started 5 days ago and lost 54 lbs- I am really motivated this time as summer cloths coming out of the closet

Weigh-in: 141.0 lb

lost so far: 1.0 lb

still to go: 11.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

up to 147 for a few months then did adkins and only lost 1 pound in 15 days but then got sick and couldnd eat much for a week so lost 5 lbs then got well and huge appitite and gained back 3-4 of lost weight- even if I could just lose 10#- I have to keep a journal and so far have not-I do jazzersize 2-4 x week

2 week adkins lost inches- 2-4 lbs- gained all but one back superbowl now down a couple- no more adkins but watchjing carbs- weight watchers and CML pills to desolve stomach fat easier- jazzersize 4-5 days wk

I started adkins 3 days ago and have followed it to the letter. Should drop a couple lbs in a day or 2
