I am so excited I actually have lost weight this quickly. I went to the doctors yesterday and the scale said different numbers there but that was fully dressed and at the end of the day but I am comparing my weights at home in the morning post shower. I feel I should compare the same thing and not a change with the doctors office becuase I will only be there once a month or so. I was put on a diuretic for the high blood pressure and the doc said that will probably even cause more weight loss for a bit because of the constant peeing I will be doing. I am so excited that I am actually seeing a change in the scale number. My husband passed his tractor trailer license yesterday which was a great cause for celebration in our lives. So we went out to a restaurant...I made good choices, salmon with salad and cottage cheese. I ate a dinner roll but passed on potatoes and did not order any of the wonderful yummy fried foods I could have. I am pleased with myself eventhough I splurged a little I still did very well considering the options. I even passed on dessert there and they were tempting me with a yummy raspberry pie. But I passed and felt proud of myself. BP still running high but doing better than what catapulted me into the need to help myself get healthier. I felt a little emotional last night when my husband was glad I was doing this because he said it is way to early to have to think about living without me. He wasnt ready to lose me yet. I was touched and it made me really realize that I need to keep this up and really think about my health. Now on to updating the food and exercise calendar.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
