I am wavering about what to eat but I have a lunch date so that will mean salmon. I hate being this wound up about food.
177.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you need a plan, you do seem wrapped up in food. Why not try mapping out what your meals will be for say 3 days ahead. Keep the numbers in the right places, play with the menus until they are, then let it go, you'll know what you have in store and don't even have to think about it. We have to get you back to a more comfortable level, this going around in circles isn't doing you any good at all other than causing a great deal of frustration. Pull up those boot straps, put YOU first and plan how to attack this problem. If you can do a fat fast for 2 days you can stick to a scheduled menu for 3 days. Baby steps, one foot in front of the other to get to the ribbon at the end. You can do it, it just takes a little bit more effort. Try a 3 day plan and go from there telling yourself it's only 3 days, I have faith in you. Do not stray from your plan, do not let yourself go off what you know is the proper way of doing things. Work towards your long term goal rather than stressing about short term satisfaction. Come on Rowan cause I'm going to pull you behind the wagon if I have to! I can't wait to see your posts that your down more and more, it's going to be sooooo exciting knowing you've slain the food giant and come out the other side in tact!
