Thank goodness I'm back on track I'm debating doing the induction phase of adkins for two weeks but it is so unrealistic for me I've already cut out all sweets, sugars, breads and anything white. This is already a big step as I like my breakfast bread at times and rice is hard to do without for me. I'm trying to keep my carbs at no more than 40 gm per day.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Really, I don't think I could go that low on carbs. I think It is unrealistic. Good luck though.
