Took the kids to the Y for open swimming last night. Wow, that was a good workout. Chasing them back and forth down the length of the pool was as close to swimming laps as you can get I think.

My mild cold seem to be turning into a full blown one. Hope I don't feel like this all day. Lots of yard work to get done.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
