Got back from Jacksonville on Friday. As expected, I ate out a couple of times, but I tried to keep most of them within my calorie limit. Also, for the last day or two, I was trying to eat up some of the food that would go to waste because of having too much of it left (extra cereal, granola bars, frozen veggies) so that put my calories a little high on those days, but I never went into "weight gain" ranges of calories, even on my high days. :)
I'm glad to be able to get back into a routine this week.
