I am looking forward to the next 'biggest looser' challenge. It makes it really easy to stay focused and motivated. I have taken a break from major dieting for about 1 month. I still lost 11 lb in September. My hair did start to fall out a bit and I felt run down.

Now I am ready to go for the next 20lb Hopefully by Christmas. I* am losing 10lb a month on average. So I should meet the deadline by the first week of December
173.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
