weight loss is slowing down but still happening so I'm happy!
211.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 81.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

mine's slowing down too but I'm to blame for a carb loaded evening! Don't worry though, as long as we're still losing - that's all that matters!!
