I find it very difficult to follow my diet when my husband is off work, especially when we have been celebrating his birthday. oh Well, gives me something to work on I suppose.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
