it feels like i haven't lost any weight, so i measured my self... i have lost inches (well in some cases quarter inches) all over! That makes me feel better and more motivated! I hate how slow this is going but at least i'm moving in the right direction! I just have to keep reminding myself that biggest loser isn't real life - they workout 6-8hrs a day vs my 30-40min so my weight loss won't equal theirs... But wouldn't it be nice to lose 5 pounds in one week?
