I'm following a Weight Watcher/calorie counting diet. I have most of the weight watcher info and with the fat secret app (what a Godsend!) I can figure out my points for the day. With planning my meals in advance and using the app, I've lost 7.5 lbs in 3 weeks...and it's motivating me to stay on track!
