After hearing so much about ratios, I looked at mine and realised I was too high on protein, too low on fat. So, ignoring the fact that milk products have always stalled me when on Atkins, I went out and bought some cheese. Now, despite only eating 1300 kcal, and burning 2300 kcal, I seem to have gained a pound.

Learn from my mistake. Always go with what has provably worked for you, not what other people insist has worked for them.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
