Internet spotty due to load. Will update when I have network again. In the meantime, old fashioned radio and yard work.

Okay, this is frustrating. Internet back, but only caught the weight. I can't log food on the site, only on phone. I'm going outside to enjoy some sun. SMH
161.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
