Note to self: 2 days gym this week - (Very early in the morning to stay away from others and help the world recover) 2 days cleaning eating too, to get ready for the summer and get the Abs back out again.
I suspect the gym will be closed from next week, so I'll start a new training plan to start dieting/cutting. And Introduce more home workout cardio sessions.
