I had a stinky Atkins weekend. Ate stuff I shouldn't have and now I'm suffering the consequences. Got to get back on track. Today I'm doing good. Brought my book with me to work to keep looking at all day. Just seeing it there will help me stay on track.

Hang in there, I share your struggle I am down 37 pounds and just can't seem to get to 40. I am struggling and bouncing back and forth between 31 down and 37 down for weeks now. I am hoping to get it together to be able to continue pushing forward.
