Its always a bit depressing coming on here and recording a higher weight. I've been gaining more then I would like. I was hoping to keep weight gain to 30 but have already passed the 20 lb mark although I know quite a bit has been water recently. Been good about exercise though I did miss it last night, was just completely exhausted after I finally got the little ones to bed. I will just make up for it Saturday. We found out last week that we will be having a baby boy, we are so excited. Will round everything out 2 boys 2 girls.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

Why would you be depressed about weight gain if you're pregnant ?? :) Congrats on the baby boy!

Its not the gain in general but the amount, I'm already about 10 over the high end of where I should be at this point. I would like to be able to say that its just my body reaching where it needs to, but I know that mug eating habits have not been great, its definitely been much harder to control my cravings then before pregnancy.. so I know that's where a lot of it is coming from. Gain is a good thing but to much means that much more work after. Thanks, were all so excited about our Little man!

Hi Lady! Glad to hear from you, congrats on the boy! The only thing I remember craving is Hot Chinese Mustard, I don't remember even liking it before that. I think it's a great idea, to record your pregnancy on FS. I always worried too, I bet a lot of that is water, because that is fast. Maybe you've got a life guard in there. Take care. PS- the fasting/ 500 calorie twice a week thing I'm doing is because I watched Michael Mosley's eat fast live. It's kind of an experiment, one I hope works.

Lol, its strange the things that you can crave. I could eat jalapenos with anything but I've been having massive carb cravings this pregnancy. and I had gotten so good about not wanting to many carbs. I think a lot of it is water, I feel puffy, if that makes sense. I know to that when I eat more carbs I retain a lot of water. I think the getting diet sounds really interesting. I did try fasting sort of like what it sounds like you're doing for a little while once, and I really loved how I felt, and did lose a steady amount of weight. I will have to watch three movie sounds interesting.
