I am not sure dairy is allowed in phase 1 of the SB Diet...I will refer to my book when I get home and readjust accordingly. This was a morning weight, the initial weight was a guess.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
