Carb options aplenty were passed up at both mealtimes so far today. Progress! I am such a carbolic! Thankfully there were choices for me available. I will try to pack my lunches for work in the future to avoid the trap when there isn't a good option there to chose. I need to drink more water--that is something I know I need to work on as well. So far so good. My updated weight was the morning weigh-in...I guessed my weight when I filled in the info last night. Oh, I totally forgot about the ACV--my bad.
