Started PT yesterday for my knee. I was told very limited Cardio. But I've been trying yoga and some weights plus the work my PT is giving me. I am doing very well on keeping to my calorie range though. I think it is paying off even if it is slowly.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
